I had recharged my Aircel number with local/std rate cutter recharge. However I have noticed after two days, all my call rates and SMS are being charged with default rates. I have not received any black out day message too. I have even checked my last transaction history of my mobile number in Aircel App and the recharge amount do exists. The Internet speed is in moderate of aircel Internet packs. the charging and billing of this services is very costly and poor performance. customer service also responses late.
