Hi friends today I want to share my worst experience with Aircel mobile operator I am using aircel for last 1 month and the network of Aircel is very bad in my locality, problems like call drop , lack of clearity in voice, sometimes cross connection, slow internet speed etc are common these days. the customercustomer service of Airce is also very bad . when I was surfing on web suddenly my internet stopped working.then I have restarted my phone now it was saying no service. so I called on customer care number but customer service isn’t responding after 10 - 12 days it showing no Network and coustomer service is still unavailable. the charges and bills of Aircel is also not affordable in the sense of quantity and quality they provide , they provide less internet in high price they are providing 1 GB 3G data at a price of 151 rupees and other high price package are there but the speed of Internet is very slow like 2G, They dont even provide a 4G network now a days all companies are proving 4G network, they also not provide full talktime and we pay much rupees than we get in it. due to above reasons sometimes it feels irritating and finally I have decided to port my Aircel sim to other operator. like jio or Airtel. for better voice quality and good features.
