Almost all the cell phone service providers activates unnecessary services and cut money from your balances and when you phone to their CC they say user has activated the service by self and they will not refund the deducted amount. This is the common scenario of today’s telecom industry in India on which TRAI has not control.
There should be strict policy for these kind of unethical methods from these cellular companies. I have Aricel mobile number and these Aircel company deduct my balance by 10 Rs per 2 days for activation of Aircel Power Play service, which I do not know about and did not activated by myself even I do not know what is the benefit of its use. They did not refund my 20 rupees deducted. So I am writing this because we can not complain to anyone for this. Kartik Rath from Bubaneswar.
