Hi friends, I am using aircel for past ten years. Nowadays I am not satisfied. I have aircel till now because I do not want to change my number. Recently I got an offer for Rs 365 all local A2A ten paise and A2O thirty paise for 365 days. I activated but they are taking one rupee daily for first call. So it will takes Rs 365 for 365 daily since daily one rupee. So its waste. It’s waste of money and they are cheating us. They are not providing good offers. I am totally disappointed. So I plan to change to airtel. The customer service is not good. The main disadvantage is often my balance is nil without my knowledge. Some aircel services are activated. It takes money . Its irritating. Because of this I am not recharge now. I am having low balance often. I would like to maintain main balance . But this is my problem. Network is not good. Tower is another problem for internet. I am not recommend others to buy this.
