As a regular user of aircel mobile operator service Nearly from two years. I would say aircel provide very poor service in every field. The mobile connection is not stable its always goes up and down. The customer care service is also a worst one.
Whenever I called it say click one-two. etc etc. After that it cutting calls. And the internet connection is as slow as tortoise. Not working only properly. I would suggest to Aircel to improve their service to remain in the market otherwise every customer of Aircel would go for other option.
