I have been a Aircel user for more than 5 years now, earlier it was a good and least expensive telecom operator for both voice and internet it had unbeatable offers like double talktime and low call rates with and without rate cutters( boosters) I would get unlimited 2g for 97 but now since a couple of years thats all gone first the started with activating VAS services with approval under trial basis for some time and latter started to charge for it, I have lost around Rs.500 because of this and the 3g data charges which had been collected from me even though I had a data pack, now though all the offers have vanished with time the network hasnt improved much, I simply loose connectivity at outskirts of our city, the data pack charges and call rates have increased a lot, sometimes the rate cutters dont work at all, the ivrs is very annoying so I avoid calling them and also they are collecting 50ps as call charges even though other non telecom operator companies have a toll free for customer care, being a telecom operator I would expect them to have toll free numbers.
