I had been using Aircel for more than an year. In between there was a huge disappointment due to suspension. The reason was attributed to TRAI and they asked for documents which I had to go and submit in person. I spent time and money to get the number working back. Of course MNP was not there at the time.
In Dec 2011 the 3g service was tried. I recharged for the amount specified for 3G and started browsing. After sometime it was found that my main balance started reducing in a undesired manner. Without clue as to what is happening customer care was called. They also were not able to give the exact reason and the issue got more intense.
After long calls with the customer care it was found that even after the 3g charge the amount was deducted as if there was 2g connection. They were not able to provide valid details and explain properly. They kept saying that the deduction is right. Even the nodal officer replied the same. I am gonna get out from Aircel to some other operator.
