If I am talk about call rates Aircel have minimum call rates like 35p/min in local and same in std. But call drops many times even 4 to 6 times in a week.
Network coverage is good even in area where other companies hold their hands in air. I am user of aircel 3 months ago and the service of the company is very poor. They deduct my 50 rs for callertune charges but I not make any request for callertune and refund only 30 rs even when I call in customer care 6 times. Overall 50-50 is from me
