While choosing a telecom company we always desire for good and satisfactory services.
But here with this telecom company - Aircel, everything gone changed and totally opposite as we expected from Aircel.
I am using Aircel sim card from last 1 year as my primary sim and I am telling you my experiences with this operator are very bad.
First of all, I want to talk about the network quality of Aircel and for that, I want to give only 1 star and if I had an option for 1/2 star then I would like to rate Aircel for the network as 1/2 star since this is the worst part or Aircel.
Network quality even in cities is so bad that you have to wait for network signals to catch back if they have gone. In cities especially in open areas network quality is fine but as you move in congested areas like shopping malls, even in houses with basement signals of Aircel is like a dream comes true and it is not possible to stay in open always.
I have faced this problem frequently sometimes when I was in a shopping mall and waiting for friends to come and for their phone, I feel very irritated with Aircel that I am not able to call my friends to tell them my location.
Especially for someone who is waiting for his girlfriend and there is no signal and that is true, it happens always the moment is very crucial for that guy and you can imagine the situation and the result of that kind of condition.
I usually travel and that is the worst situation for me while traveling with Aircel sim in my phone and me never able to call anyone while having a smartphone with me and balance also. Sometimes I have to borrow someones phone to make a call in emergency situations and that feel so embarrassing.
All time when I travel almost there is no signal, sometimes it comes when we enter in a city on the way and that also for just a moment and again got disappear.
Second worst part of Aircel is the data connection and I am telling you in this time when 4g is common Aircel have no 4g connectivity and even in the 3g mode the speed of internet is so bad that I have to wait to open the web page. So you can understand that downloading is a dream for Aircel users. And for that, I want to give 1 star to Aircel.
Now lets talk about the customer services and from here also I never get satisfaction.
They(customer representatives) are so uncooperative that you cant expect any kind of help and assistance from them.
This happened to me a few months ago, I have subscribed for miss call alert for a week and after that, I deactivated that service but then also they automatically reactivate the service. For that, I complained and they assured me to deactivate service and not again happen. But again in the next week, that happen and again I call the customer care for complaint and again they assure me. But when I was calling them regularly, really they stop picking up my call and I tried every day for several times but again the same story they stop taking my call and I always got a reply that was recorded that all customer care representatives are busy now. Then I decided to call them with my friend Aircel number and they picked up the call for the very first time, now I dont think to say any more about the customer care services of Aircel.
Call drops are normal in Aircel, call quality is so bad that you cant able to listen to the other party easily and all that is due to the network quality.
Now the last thing but not the least is the plans and charges of Aircel, that are not so attractive comparing with other operators and I think you should go with other operators if you want a better network, better call quality, better data speed and better assistance from the customer care representatives.
So guys I personally never recommend this operator to anyone better go for other operators.
