Aircel Network in Assam is poor. Initially, I used Aircel, but I changed mobile operator Aircel to Vofafone having the same number due to very poor connections. Many times, network disappears automatically. Voices over phone from other sides aren’t clear. In Assam, Aircel cann’t provide a good connections even in urban areas, rural areas are too far. No sound comes from the phone while making a call sometimes.
Customer service isn’t satisfied. Customer care cannot give exact solutions towards the customers’ problems.
Charges and billings aren’t so high. It never matters when network is so poor.
