Now iam going to discuss about aircel , iam using it since last 3 years my experience with aircel is always so bad they always try to being a better network but they can’t.
1) BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE: Aircel has a poor cutumer service which didnt really provide help to there custumers they always suppose to earn money from them , I had a personal experience one day when I was in market one call has came to me from aircel they asked me to subscribe caller tune service I denied and disconnect the call after 5 min I get a mesagge in which it was writen that you had subscribed to caller tune service , and charged 75+ 15 rs. Which was charge of that song I called them back.and asked for refund first they denied but when iasked them that I will port my number to other network they asked that they will refund , and then they asked me that they generated my issue slip and I get the refund in 48 hrs. I believed them but after 48 even 72 hrs no payment had been refunded to my number then I had ported into vodafone which is 100 times better then aircel.
2) NETWORK CPVERAGE: IAM very disturbed with the way that they provide network , I live in a metro city which is jaipur in jaipur every network works best and always comes in the coverage but in aircel it did n’t comes in coverage and it is very worst some times the network tottaly lost in sms hospital which is a very big hospital in jaipur every sim works there but aircel no way, iam very disappointed with aircel services. , Now we come on charges and billing it is cheap beacause they know there network’s quality
Every thing which is provided by aircel is worst
If we talk about its internet even 3G there 3G actually works like 2G vodafone 2G is quite better then aircel 3G . So I suggest to everyone that dont go into this poor kind of network beacause it is not able to complete your needs.
