Today I am going to share my experience with Aircel which that I have feel with them by using the services.this is a largest cheapest company in the world which has careless attitude toward their customers.if I talk about Network and connectivity which is very bad in the world.the Internet speed is worst it take around 5 minutes to open a page which is very irritating to everyone.the customer service is not available 24 hours.
Before some days I have some enquiry then I am trying to contact the customer care but they don’t pick up the call entire week and finally after 8 days they pick up my call which is very disappointing to me.Manay times their server is very weak due to which networks is not available to a long time there is no rules and regulations for them. they don’t perform their offers and services as per their terms and conditions.Their calls rates is high due to which I was using rate cutter which is also bad.
They have no better plans in comparison to another’s companies.So I will never recommend to anyone to uses their services in life.
