I have unfortunately taken a postpaid connection from Aircel and they always have problem with their connectivity as well as the internet. They disconnect the number without any prior intimation once the bill amount is 500Rs and surprisingly even unbilled amount is taken into consideration. my phone got disconnected yesterday(20th Dec 2016) and I made the aishwaryasingh23ment immediately online however the connection was not restored. I have been calling them since 2 days without any help. The customer service is so pathetic that you want to go and bash them up but they wont reveal the office address.
I spoke to so many people Gauthami, Deepika, Deepthi, Jyothi, Sridhar just to name a few and everyone said they would arrange for a call back but no one helped me. I am shocked what the hell are the supervisors or mAnasultangers doing. I am also planning to raise a complaint against this pathetic company with consumer court.
A sincere advice to everyone never to opt Aircel even if they are giving everything for free.
@AIrcel: U lost a genuine customer and plz plz get lost from this business.I want to use more stringent language however I am bound due to my ethics. Thanks.
