I was offered a new plan under 3G unlimited which I had agreed to go for. How ever, they have changed my plan to pre paid without explaining me about this and I had only requested for change of plan under post paid facility. All my efforts to get my complaint resolved have not yielded any result due to the indifferent attitude of the company’s officials, which is evident from their various mails sent on different dates by different representatives.
But the content of the mail is same without adequately addressing my grievance. Till date hey have never explained the reason for changing the facility yo pre-paid nor have the allowed me to switch over to post paid.
