Fraud people , money debited without information

Yesterday I was checking my balance .I was in for a rude shock as my money was debited without giving any information/notification. They started services without notifying customers and charge the poor customer for this.


Then I called there customer services but there was no response for my complaint. I was placed on a long hold and then my call was disconnected. I was very disappointed with there pathetic customer services . I a m using Aircel past 2-3 years but  this bad experience has made me thinking of going to  another service provider.  as a good customer I will give them a fair chance to resolve my complaint and I will share the experience with you guys. Hope they can solve my problem, else there are many service providers.
