Very Worse Customer Service, Poor Network Coverage

Hello, Today I am going to write a review about aircel mobile operator with my three years own  experience. First time I have used this network only for unlimited aircel to aircel calling. That time this pack value rs 299 but now 398. Pack value increasing but service going very badly. I am in rural areas. So what happened I will telling-


When I called my GF sometime I hear boys sounds  because the line going crossing. Sometimes I don’t have network signal and other time signal strength too low.


Today I have check* 121#  and there have three offer. I like one offer recharge 7 and get 28 days aircel to aircel calling 10 paisa per minute. But I got only two days for this benefits.


When I call customer care every times they said that now line busy you call back after 4 hours but after that we don’t get the benefit. So aircel customers care do not get customer satisfaction. So too bad customer service also signal.
