Well I purchase aircel preapade connection in Thane(Near Mumbai) & they took almost a week to activate my connection.
When I went to gallary a sexy & idiot customer care girl told me that there is problem with my card & she replace the card, Then she asked me for documents. I provide documents. Then she ask me for refill of 50/- rupees.(as I already paid 100 & 98 for sim, talktime & internet) I try to refuse but she said that activation will not be done unless refill for 50/-(it is just like khandani) I didnt had any option so I pay it.
On next day I have to go back & visit her to tell that my sim is not yet activated.
"It will take 24 hours more" She reply.
If there was a boy I would have been arrested for bitting him till death, but here I left with no option but wait.
Even I wasnt able to call cc from that number & use my ll thrice & hold it for almost half hour every time. So pathetic. This kind of treatment will not be tollarated by bagers these days & I was there customer.
After two weeks lot of hungama done by me they finally start my services.
