As an Aircel Network user I was disappointed many times in my experience. First off all we have to discuss about network of the Aircel, they don’t have towers in some of the main towns in Telangana state. And if they installed they don’t work properly. We don’t get network in houses.
Coming to recharges and top-ups they always cheat the people, last I was recharged with 64 plan which is the full talk time plan.
I didn’t get any amount and also they didn’t sent any message to my mobile that top up was successful or not. But amount was deducted from my paytm account and also they sent a message that recharge was successful. I am very disappointed with Aircel service and thought to change the network.
They always want to attract the customers and want to cheat them. I strongly not recommend this mobile operator to any one. Aircel is a cheater.
