I USE AIRCEL SIM CARD LAST FIVE YEAR I HAVE A PROBLEM ABOUT NETWORK THIS SIM CARD IS NOT A GOOD PROVIDE SERVIECE.BUT THIS COMPANY GIVE BEST OFFER BUT NOT USE THIS OFFER WHY THIS NETWORK NOT GOOD .
The people there dont even know how to speak ENGLISH, so I asked for the supervisor or the floor manager who ended up being the same as the agent. Then only I was told that it will take about 5 days for the new connection to get activated.This was the worst customer service that I have ever come across in my whole lifetime. Finally I decided to get a new Sim card from a different operator preferably Airtel as I heard their customer service is good and that the people in the customer care KNOWS ENGLISH!.
