Aircel have very poor network every where.
This network is geting to much problems in every city.
Actually they can start with very awsome plans but the fact is they have much less or poor there mobile network.
They have good network in metro city such as mumbai, pune etc.
But they have to get attaintion on there citys also that they will grow up tyere network every where.
