Chaos system very poorly operated

I opt for Aircel because of iPhone and then my misery started. After I got the phone they took several calls to activate the SIM. After 3 days of calling, the SIM got activated.


Next day, I got a message that "Please make an interim payment because you limit has exceeded".. I had paid Rs 3000 for a year for the data plan. After calling the person he said the payment was not entered into the system. He fixed it and I made one call. After that same thing happened, I am not able to make out going calls now. Nor I have data plan even after paying advance for 1 year.


They have a very poorly managed system and it’s a complete chaos.. When the outgoing call doesn’t work the voice says "Please call customer care at 9853098530"... but that number doesn’t exists.


I had a Vodafone connection and I was complaining against them.. But with Aircel my expectation reached a new low from which Vodafone looks much better..
