One of my biggest blunders ever!

Ok, in simple words - just avoid anything related to Aircel. It’s bad, it’s horrendous customer support and simply a bad service. Nothing is good about it.


Okay, it maybe cheap compared to SERVICES, but trust me it’s not worth it. Please don’t use it. My actual rating for my experience with Aircel -- 0/10. Yes, it’s not 1/5 that you see above. It’s 0/10. I am not kidding - it’s that bad.


I had so many bad experiences dealing with Aircel and it’s support from the moment I took the connection. Let’s list a few:


1] Took days to activate the connection.


2] They call it 3G, I tell you it’s 0.5G.


3] Connection - what is that??


4] The worst part is the way the customer support works. Ok, now my BP is getting high. I apologize if I use any uncivilized words about them. They are the disease, the virus. Most of them can’t even talk a single word in English. I will leave it here, else it would get nasty.


I am now literally fighting to disconnect this. Yea, they still keep sending the bills. I just want to shoot someone in the head now. This is so frustrating. This is beyond their usual moronic levels.


Please excuse my french, but this is beyond my tolerance levels.


AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AIRCEL SERVICE. YOU WILL BE BETTER LIVING IN DARK AGES INSTEAD OF USING AIRCEL SERVICE.
