I’ve opted this because of the call rates. AIRCEL call rates are very low. So I decided to take AIRCEL mobile network. The calls cost is very low. But the internet connectivity is worst.
The recharges top-up and Rate cutters are very low in price. so people can easily afford it. Internet recharges are also vary low price.
But giving internet plans at vary low price is not worth for money. you should provide good connectivity and service.
And a network of AIRCEL is worst. if you are outside the city traveling or something. forget that you’ll be able to contact with anyone on Aircel network.
Recently I’ve recharge with 500 Rs after one day I got a call from aircel that company is providing me internet pack and terrif free of cost. I asked him that is there any payment I have to make for it, he replies that NO, this is free of cost from our company than I said ok.
as soon I disconnected the call I got an SMS from aircel that thanks foe subscribing aircel service. I cheacked my balance, 200 rs are deducted from my account. after one hour again I got a call that i’m the lucky customer n bla bla bla. this time i’ve disconnected the call. 7 days passed no response from aircel of my complain.
I think I’ll not get my money back.
