I have been using Aircel since 2009 and its almost 9 years now. The beginning stages if aircel were fine. As company grow , their focus shoulf be on expanding their services rather expanding themselves by just focusing on getting more and more customers.
For the Past 11 months im faving terrible network issues with Aircel and I have given tons and thousands of complaints through call , mail and personal as well.
The signal bar I get inside my house is just 1 or 2 bars and the internet speed for which I pay is said to be 3G which is not equivalent to even 2G.
I pay Rs 349/- and get unlimited calls, data of 1GB per day and inspite of tryjng to browse the whole day , 75% of the data is left. Reason ? Page doesnt load and one couldnt use the internet.
With so many complaints and so many appellate mails , the response I get from the team is that there is no network in that location and they cannot do anything about it.
Well, even I cannot do anything about it. I was sentimentaly connected with Aircel , but now I have to move on as a customer or I will get duped forever.
A request to aircel , please either close the operations or focus on providing better ones. When so many networks work fine in the same location , efforts must be taken to consider the importance of a customer.
Do the needful. Im planning to port tomorrow.
