I am using aircel for 4 years, I have opt for this because of its attractive plans such as rate cutters, There was a time when balance had been deducted a number of times due to activation of VAS which I had never requested. Also, a number of complains went in vain with no support from customer care. But now I am not facing such unnecessary balance deduction issues. Network unavailability is a major problem with aircel from the very beginning.
