Worst Customer Care Service

I have been using aircel service for more than 7 years in chennai, recently I have taken one more connection from them, suddenly my connection got deactivated, when I enquired with them I was told you have exceeded the credit limit, they have deactivated much ahead of my bill due date. I haven’t received the bill first off all, When it comes to customer service. it takes lot of time to connected after getting connected. if you ask more questions. they will put you on hold and then they will disconnect the call. Better avoid the aircel service.. you have better players in the market.
