Guys, I am in a mood to write a negative review today. Its simply because Aircel has made me a totally negative person. Yes, I wanted to save some bucks and so I had chosen aircel over other better networks like airtel or vodafone and I had 4 aircel connections at my home.
I being an ever greater fool did a recharge of 1000 in my main account so that I can further save my money as 1000 recharge gives you 1100 in aircel.
For many days, I was getting the feeling that money is being cut slowly from my main balance sometimes but I was not sure about that so I did not raise the complaint.
But, the actual setback was about to come. My internet pack of 128 finished one day and I forgot 2 recharge beforehand. In next 15 minutes, aircel deducted Rs. 715 from my main balance. I as too shocked to react to this.
After that, I have made several complaints to their even worse customer care, who said that the balance was deducted currently.
Come on Rs. 715 in 15 minutes. Is that a joke hen no downloading was on? They could not furnish the details what I was doing to get a bill of Rs. 715 for 15 minutes.
Anyway, choro yaar, balance kaat kar tune apni garibi dur ki. Mera balance kam se kam Uttarakhand fund relief me daal kar aao, mujhe bhi accha lagega ki chal tune ek acche kaam ke liye mera balance uraya hai.
I got a lesson yaar. Dont go for cheaper things in life, you will have to pay more. I am going to port all the 4 aircel numbers now.
