I’ve used aircel only for 6 months & I got frustrated from their service, network, customer support everything. Once there was a time they promoted it really well, they signed M.S Dhoni for the promotion & it worked really well.
Everyone started buying Aircel as it was cheap & also providing good offer on Internet. However, it was good only for few months, after few months their services gone down & down. The position is I can’t see anyone using Aircel.
Their customer support are even worst, if you call them they will just listen you & after few time they will tell you "we will get back to you in 24 hours or call back again in 4 hours our system is not working" Thank god I just used it for 6 months, now there customer care calls me on my other number with a request sir change your number with Aircel, will give you better offer. I says them go to hell:)
