Aircel is the most worse network available in India. Signal drops, connectivity problem are very common issues. 3G network is not available in most of the cities and areas. Internet speed is very poor. Call drop is a common issue. I used Aircel for the past 2 years, but recently I shifted to another service provider because of Aircel’s bad service. They even blocked my outgoing facility without any prior notice(although I have balance in my account). The customer care executives do not pick up calls, it rings for few minutes and then cuts automatically. I was really fed up with Aircel, that is why I ported my number.
