This is FYI that I recently took aircel Postpaid connection, the account being activated before a month. I activated Rs 98 internet pack. Customer care says that, I have activated 3G Service.
I have recieved a sum of amount Rs 8609/- to be paid this month
My concern is that,
I was not informed about my billing cycle which decides my discounts at the time of activating 3G Services
I was not given any alert on exceeding Rs 750/- Credit limit as being displayed in the tariff plan.
So guys, please help me to bypass this issue.
