I opted for this network operator only because of the cost factor. This was very cheap along with superb internet offers that one cant resist without buying it. BUT all the charm of offers and cheap factor shows its clear color when it comes to network quality. The network is so very poor that I wonder when actually it catches network. Internet hardly works and when it works it is as slow as turtle.
Even the 3g stuff is no where near to normal internet speed forget about fast. Customer care service compliments the poor service as they are least bothered about the issues the customer is facing since they them self knows the network quality. Hardly the calls gets connected to customer care and when if it connect they cant or are unable to assist. Call Drops adds to the pain along with no network. I don’t even have a single positive relevant point for the Aircel. Strictly avoiding it.
