Aircel - Cheaper rate, Good network, Fast Internet

Had I been reviewing this operator a few months back, I would have certainly thrusted some harsh words on the telecom operator regarding its services but lately, I have come to realize that if you have been looking for some network which is cheap and provides a better service as well, go for Aircel.

Aircel, as a telecom company, isn’t a giant in comparison to market rulers like Airtel and Reliance but it is one of the fastest growing networks in India and is undoubtedly among the best service providers in the country. Aircel combines flexibility of plans with pocket friendly charges which makes it a great alternative to expensive service providers.

I have come to use this operator for the past three months and I am all good about this service provider. Not only does it facilitate my call charges but it also provides a superb internet offers that makes investing money in it worthwhile. A few reasons to opt for Aircel are –

1.) Cheapest call rates – I know, you all believe Uninor to be among the cheapest in terms of call rates. But that is strictly restricted to Uninor to Uninor customers. However in the case of Aircel, it is different. The call rates are highly flexible and surprisingly cheaper for outgoing to Aircle as well as other networks. I have personally been using it as a primary SIM to manage all my calls and I am quite pleased.

2.) Best internet service at its price range – Once, when I had been using Reliance for my data needs, I remember, Reliance provided a 1Gb 3G data for Rs.98 only, the cheapest of its kind. But then I tried it and I was like google-please-open. It was extensively slow and annoying. Reliance has a pretty fluctuating network and its 3G vanishes quicker than mist in the air. However ever since I shifted to Aircel, it has been a good experience. Not only does Reliance provide a 1Gb 3G data for as low as Rs. 155, it has a pretty strong network availability and better speed.

3.) Strong network coverage – I guess other than Airtel, all the networks have a pretty bad reputation in terms of network coverage and availability, with Reliance leading the bad name. However I have been using Aircel for the past few months and I have never experienced a down network or sudden vanish in the tower or internet non-availability. Aircel has a good network providence which makes it my top preference over any other network.

4.) Active customer support – Even though I had contacted them only once in my duration of usage, I could tell by their assistance that they value their customers queries. First good thing about Aircel’s customer service is that the call got connected instantly which is a serious annoyance with other operators. Secondly, the customer care representative was polite enough and explained me in details about my query. I was pretty satisfied by the effort.

Recommendation – If you ask me, I would surely give Aircel a thumbs up for its service so far. I don’t know about the future but as of now, I don’t think I would have to look for any other alternative service provider. So grab Aircel for cheaper call rates, cheaper internet plans and better network. Must recommended.
