The network connection of aircel is extremely poor.
I dont have signals most of the time. Its extremely frustrating when during an emergency, I cant connect to a call. I have complained many times but of no use. Their customer service is very poor.
They are of no help ever. The customer service executive always tells that their TECHNICIANS will look into the matter, but they never do. It is not yet over. To my frustration, they deduct more money for call sometimes. Even while travelling in trains, I will never have tower in my phone.
