Hello, This message is regards to inform you that AIRCEL is a very worst mobile operator company I ever had use and the customer service and customer service executives both are very cheap peoples, nobody is interested to resolve the issue and the company continue charged me wrong regarding the same concern.
I called up to customer care and Inderjeet first received my call and put me on hold for 25 minutes then cut the call, again I called then Ajay received the call and reply was there is no supervisor they are busy in some work and then disconnect the call, third person was Mratyunjay he put me on hold for 5 minutes and disconnected the call.
Regarding the same concern I communicated to Sourabh who called me regarding to my last complaint and promised me that he will resolve my all issue in future and this time he blocked me on whatsApp and I tried his no 9782000389 but not in range. So I suggest everyone that never go with Aircel it is really a very very cheap company!
