Pathetic customer service on aircel

Hi,


I am regular customerof Aircel for last 5 year and my mobile no is 971602XXXX.


Despite of working in local home network I am charging from main balance for sending sms while I have enough sms credit. In this regard I call up to customer care some days back at around 8.38pm from my same Aircel no and talked to a representative(forgot the name) and hr told that I was roaming on other network hence I’m charging for sms. Since I m very sure that I am on local network only and getting the 3g network for internet so I was not convinced with the answer given by him. I urged him to connect me to a superior person to talk but he forcefully disconnected my call. I am really shoked to see this. I want an apology from the Aircel with resolution and strict action against the person for his misbehave.


Again I called up to aircel and this time I had conversation with Ms. Usha. She was a so pathetic girl that I have been talk ever. Just after asking a single quetion about the charges she became huper on call. I was so cool and polite during the call but was shoked hear from her. She replied like this "agar apko khud ki hi sabkuch pata hai to call kyu karte hai? mai apne system mai check karke hi bol rahi hu." Me make me feel that she is doing some favour on me by giving the answer of my queries. Please audit the call and fire that girl immediately.


Please sort out the issue asap else I will be force to take some legal action.
