Worst service and cheaters

I want  to disconnect my post paid connection to pre paid immediately now am in Kerala its roaming for me I was trying from last month  for to do my post paid to prepaid . Such a terrible service no one is helping I will not pay the bill no one is supporting me and when I changed my prepaid to post paid they told with in 24hours u can change  postpaid to pre paid .now am trying from last month.contact me and do the needful as soon as possible my contact number is 897300xxxx.otherwise I will go to consumer court.


And now am trying to port the the sim I paid the whole  bill I will not pay the next bill I have two postpaid connections, in that I want to port, only one sim897300xxxx please allow me to port all my bills are paid, seriously I got irritated for your services, one lady who spoke to me she told me we can’t change post paid to prepaid . How can this happen no chance at all for this  if again you people are rejecting my porting facility means I will go to court against Coimbatore office  for cheating .my porting code is DT884374. The service of Aircel is very poor no one is bothered about customers problem. I told them I cant call to the customer care because am in kerala do you know what they  told go to Tamilnadu and call to the customer care
