Hai friends I am using aircel network from past 3 years. I can figure out perfect downfall of aircel nework.The problem comes with netwok availability. The life is good until I stayed in major cities. Once you enter into rural areas there is no chance of aircel network.Internet services and call quality is very poor.
Even the recharge plans are very expensive compared to other networks. Big telecom operaters like Jio, airtel, vodafone offering very goid plans at low rate.
So I thought of portability my existing aircel to other operater. I checked nearby aircel store and went to enquiry. Shocked there is no aircel store .Contacting customer service is very bad as didnt respond for my queries. And finally I came to know is aircel is running in huge loses and may windup in future.
