I want to tell all my viewers that this app is useless of worthless to use. I am writing this as the app offers nothing to use as they make fool of their costumers . I downloaded this app from playstore as I was using aircel network that time. So , they messages me to download their app and enjoy many offers in their app .
I opened the app to recharge my aircel sim . So I entered the amount of 100 rs to recharge . When I click in proceed button the app showed me that the recharge is done but my sim was not credited .
So, I called the customer care of aircel . I started telling my problem , the person which was taking to me was not listing properly and after taking 10 min he denied to solve my problems by telling me that I was not Thier fault .
Also the layout of their app is poor. As they are not investing in their app . The app again and again stop’s working or hang sometimes .
