Based on a true event, Airlift’s story revolves around the character Ranjit who single handedly rescued 175, 000 Indians left strangled when Kuwait was attacked by Iraq in 1990. Upon being denied help by Indian officials on several occasions, Ranjit( Played by Akshay Kumar) made sure his fellow countrymen were safely sent to their motherland.
Starring Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur, this movie has already done a good business and is surely a good watch. Acting is good, Locations and Music are decent and it has also got a good mix of patriotism and commercial drama!
