Please do not buy this company internet service plan. I am 5 years old customer but now since last 1 year their services is very poor. My network is not working in below dates.
6th Jan - 8th Feb 20= 32 Days.
14th Feb - 16th Feb 20= 3 Days.
11th Apr - 24th Apr 20= 13 Days.
4th May - 6th May 20= 3 Days.
16th May - today= 10 Days and still counting.
This is not first time that their service is very poor. If you check my internet connection was closed many times.
What type of company are you running. Why this problem occur again and again.?
What is my fault? Is unlimited internet plan is my problem?
DEAR COMPANY, I AM ONE OF OLDEST CUSTOMER SINCE 2015. But surely will not continue.
Currently in this lock down time Internet connection required for "Work from home" and "Child education" via internet online. And you are not able to give your service in most needed time.
I am very disappointed and decided to not renew this connection and also stopped others to use your connection.
I except that by today my connection will resume.
Your services are very poor and very disappointing.
