Airlink-Worst Internet Service Provider. Customer care is always busy. I’m trying to call them since last 1 month still no one had picked up the call and no one called back me.
If you are buying Airlink connection then please don’t buy it. They are calling when renewal is near but customer care never picking up the call I asked them why they are not picking up call and they said its different department.
I have 50 MBPS plans and I’m not getting 3 MBPS speed. I complain about speed issue that refund me if you can not provide speed what we agree then they said they don’t have a refund policy.
So please if you are buying Airlink then please don’t.
