The Airtel 3G service in certain part of Guwahati has gone pathetic in recent months. In spite of Data balance, I can not get it going due to congestion or n/w fluctuation . There used to be some response from CC and NW team earlier .Now they would avoid taking calls, instead direct you to call 198 or approach Airtel outlet citing procedures. As JIO is making inroads, The callous attitude of Airtel employees would certainly kill all the goodwill it had garnered in the past. One employee had the audacity to ask me to file my complaint thro TRAI portal in stead of guiding me to the right person. I am also an ex Telecom person and know too well how things can be easily addressed. But harping on procedures rather than resolution has been their new found excuse.
Airtel senior Management, please be aware .
