I am writing this from my personal experience I have faced the worst situation with me 4G hotspot.
I have been using Airtel 4G hotspot for the last one year thinking that it will improve its networking someday it shows full range but speed was too low.
Network
I use Airtel service to use internet when I go to college. I didn't get speed browser download I am forced to use my friends hotspot using other network operators other than things like jio have good service around my location it takes early to download.
Customer service of Airtel 4G hotspot
Firstly I have suffered for over every you too slow net speed problem and its icon and complain to customer care you are taking you and miss behave instead of helping me out they are misbehaving and acting rough is this right way they treat customers.
Charges and Billings
I paid 248 rupees for 28 days 10GB but I did not get the speed and its slow and no value for money. It's really getting irritated using this network.
You better choose another network for using internet this will be useful for you for better choice.
