Today I bought this device. First of all when I turn on the device the connection led light blinks RED color which means no signal. When I call support they told their service is down& couldnt check any. They asked to give me a call after 4 hours and its almost 8:30PM now since I called morning 11:30AM. Now I get the same response our service is down call after 10PM. Seriously frustrated with these kind of service.
