I have an airtel connection since 4yrs which has been pretty ok barrin 2incidents , 1 was whn I decided to top up my existing plan with extra 100 rs after 100calls from airtel help line I thought lets do that, but I was in store for misey I was told to shoot a mail to that efect which I did after 10mails helpline ppl were still unware about this plan & unabshadely told me they dont after 100calls &1000mails.
I finally got what I was promised all wa sok until the day I decided to shift in my new residence the ordeal began agin I was told 2 sumbit ethr via fax or mail the rnew esi proof which I did on both fax also & email also but 2 my dismay email was shown 2 b bouncing& fax no was out of order I was made 2 run helter skelter 4 this leavin behind my young kids.
I pleaded them 2 send me sme excutive but they woul dnot until I was a new connection since they would increase there data base & ofcourse make money, anywyz sme how I had to beg 1 excutive to collect that document aftr that my ordeal began I spoke to sme pradeep gupta frm QN S DEPRTMNT means QURIES N SOLUTIONS he was 2 my utter dismay rude brash arrogant & 2 top that he threathened me that my change of connection would be delayed since I was rude to him he actually absued me on the phone coz the document I had given didnt match the address I explained that when in legal papers the legal language is used & in socetities perhaps they dnt use the legal details all said was this n in return I was threatened absued by a gunda, I would take this matter to consumer court
