I had posted a review of Fraud by Airtel Representativies!!! a few days back. Well I received some really good customer serviceafter a few days.
The complaint against the sales executive has been registered with the reference number 22021042.*
*The Zonal Manager of Airtel Mr.Anjan Baruah called me up and personally followed up with the issue.
They checked for broadband feasibilty in my area unfortunately there seemsto be some major technical problem so I have to wait till someonecancels.
The also followed up with their marketing team and madesure that I got my money back(Rs. 1000). They are still trying to tracethe Ex Employees of Airtel.
