Compare to small players, airtel charges more. people go for that hoping to get better assistance. but that is not happening. for me, even after 3days of outage, they are not able to fix the connectivity issue. and I just opted for a higher plan.call to customer care charges 1/min.if you call them for an update, every time they will say - it will be done in next 4hrs.
But think their clock doesnt match with customers!as that 4hrs didnt came.so I had to surrendered my connection. so before going for airtel just give a thought - do they really worth high prices?
