Further to my message dated Tuesday, March 01, 2011 23:47:20 (Subject: HAVE SOME SHAME - AIRTEL AUTHORITIES).


Here find another clear and visible proof of AIRTEL nonsense, lies, inefficient services, indifferent attitude to CUSTOMER apathy.


I had earlier forwarded the the photo print of the AIRTEL WEB PAGES (Refer to the message referred above). Now I have received SMS from 121 AIRTEL (Have a look) PHOTO ATTACHED


You need to confirm that as per your erratic AIRTEL WEBSITE

and


*"****Online payment facility not yet available" , *


*how the payment of Rs 881.00 received in your account****?*


I as a customer watching AIRTEL fraud for a long tome, fully understand the AIRTEL game plan.


THE CUSTOMER GET CONFUSED BY YOUR INTENTIONAL PROGRAMMED WEBSITE TO PLAY SUCH TRICKS. CUSTOMER TRIES AGAIN AND AGAIN AND THE AMOUNT IS PAID TWICE OR THRICE. **AMOUNT ADJUSTED LATER OR NOT IS ANOTHER POINT, YOU MANAGE TO LAY HANDS ON THE CUSTOMER’s MONEY FOR THE PRESENT. YOU PAY NO INTEREST TO THE CUSTOMER FOR THE EXTRA AMOUNT THUS RECEIVED BY YOU. MORE YOU FOOL AND TRICK THE CUSTOMER, MORE MONEY FLOW IN YOUR ACCOUNT. *


I had been reporting these AIRTEL fraud for a long tome. AIRTEL than starts further game plan as under:-


(a) The Complaint is not (NOT) dealt with in writing and not (NOT) replied through email message. AIRTEL Desk Operatives contact the complainant without even going through the contents of the complaint. Just talk nonsense QUOTE “We are sorry for the inconvenience" UNQUOTE and other recorded and tutored replies. CUSTOMER MAY GET A NUMBER OF SUCH CALLS FROM DIFFERENT DESK EXECUTIVES.** THIS IS DONE TO TIRE HIM UP AND TO WASTE TIME. *


(b) AIRTEL claims to have **NODAL** and than **APPELLATE AUTHORITIES** to raise the level of complaint, if the customer is not satisfied by the Customer Care Desk Executive. These POODAL and APNE-AP-LATE AUTORITIES are an eye wash and planned fraud. They tell lies, contradict the statements of one another to delay the matter by months and years. THE COMPLAINT IS FORGOTTEN AND DIES DOWN ITS OWN DEATH.


MY EARLIER COMPLAINTS & SUGGESTIONS HAVE GONE IN THE AIRTEL DUSTBIN, THE SAME WAY.


AIRTEL **administration seems to be trained to affect such frauds to fleece the unsuspecting customers.*


AIRTEL** **IT IS RECOMMENDED TO STOP FRAUD AND INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS.*
