An ISP who does not want new customers

After having bad experience with the ISPs like BSNL and Tikona, I started looking for a different service provider to cater to my broadband needs.


Though the options were quite less and each ISP holds bad reputation in the market, but I had to choose among them and I finally chosen Airtel.


Had to register multiple times on their website to get a call from their executives, finally after 2-3 days an executive called and she asked for some details, after that call a week passed but nothing happened and I didn’t receive any call from their executives.


Again followed the same process of registration and started waiting for their call, an executive called to me next days, he asked the same question which the previous executive asked and then he assured me that the connection would be installed in two days, and then the wait started.


It has been more than two weeks now and I am still waiting for the next step to happen.


It seems that Airel is either happy with their current customer base and they do not wish to extend it or they are too busy handling their complaints that they cannot send an engineer to install the connection at my home.


It seems that my quest for a decent broadband services provider will never end.
