Be careful on AIRTEL cancellation requests. I had AIRTEL broadband connection but requested for cancellation on 25th May and paid all the remain amount. They have taken modem back but still kept the connection open and charging me from last 3 months. Calling me again and again especially in my working hours.
GOD knows how to face these idiots and having only half knowledge about my connection details and irritating me on extra money payment. Friends, I am suggesting you to be very careful with AIRTEL whie closing your request.
I may go for consumer court to stop this nonsense from them. Please help me, if you have any information in this regards.
